- Not use any of the Services for or in connection with the sending of Spam
- Upon receipt of a complaint by a third party ("Complainant") alleging that a person(s) is using DIYinnovation or it's network sites in connection with the sending of Spam, DIYinnovation.com shall fully investigate the matter
